The commercial model
Your commission depends on how involved your agency is in the opportunity, and it is calculated on eligible Epsilon AI net fees actually collected — what Epsilon is paid for its own services, after pass-through costs and as the client's money arrives. There is no fee to join and no minimum commitment at entry.
- 5–7% Referral You identify a qualified opportunity, introduce Epsilon and open real access to the client. Epsilon runs the rest of the sales process.
- 8–10% Active business development You stay in the opportunity — meetings, follow-ups, stakeholder access and commercial coordination — while Epsilon builds the solution and the proposal.
- 11–12% Co-selling You work alongside Epsilon through a substantial part of the cycle: account development, stakeholder management, negotiation and support through to closing.
- Up to 15% Strategic co-selling For selected strategic opportunities where the partner originates the deal, opens decision-makers who are otherwise hard to reach, and materially contributes to closing it.
Not automatic. This band is approved opportunity by opportunity by Epsilon, and is never granted on the size of a contract alone.
Commission is calculated on eligible Epsilon AI net fees actually collected from the client — not on the headline contract value.
Commission ranges are the standard partner levels. The applicable rate is approved for each opportunity from the partner's contribution, the scope, the value and the commercial structure, and it is calculated on eligible Epsilon AI net fees actually collected.
One opportunity, clear terms
- Register Submit a qualified opportunity by name, before you approach it.
- Validate We check the client, the opportunity and any engagement Epsilon already has, and answer within five working days.
- Confirm Your role, your protection period and your commission rate are approved and confirmed to you in writing.
- Develop You work the opportunity at the agreed level. Epsilon handles discovery, architecture, proposals and demonstrations.
- Close Epsilon contracts with the client and delivers the work.
- Earn Commission is paid as eligible client payments are actually collected.
What commission is calculated on
Commission = approved rate × eligible Epsilon AI net fees actually collected
Eligible net fees are what Epsilon actually receives and keeps for its own services under an approved opportunity, after any discount given to the client. A contract often carries things Epsilon buys at cost and hands on unchanged; those are not Epsilon's fee and no commission arises on them.
Excluded before the percentage is applied:
- VAT and other indirect taxes
- Refunds and credit notes
- Third-party software licences passed through to the client
- Cloud infrastructure and API consumption passed through at cost
- Hardware and other third-party products
- Subcontracted delivery bought in and not marked up
- Reimbursable travel and government charges
Commission is earned when the client signs and becomes payable as their money actually reaches Epsilon. On a staged contract it is paid instalment by instalment, as each one is collected — you are paid alongside us rather than after us. If the client never pays, no commission arises for either of us.
From contract value to eligible fees
- Client contract
- SAR 600,000
- Third-party licences passed through
- −SAR 50,000
- Hardware
- −SAR 25,000
- Approved reimbursable costs
- −SAR 25,000
- Eligible Epsilon AI net fees
- SAR 500,000
- Approved commission at 8%, on full collection
- SAR 40,000
Commission is based on Epsilon's own service fees, not on amounts collected purely to pay approved third parties.
What that looks like
Three approved opportunities, with the percentage applied to eligible fees Epsilon has actually collected.
| Your role | Eligible fees collected | Approved rate | You earn |
|---|---|---|---|
| Qualified referral | SAR 250,000 | 6% | SAR 15,000 |
| Active business development | SAR 500,000 | 9% | SAR 45,000 |
| Co-selling | SAR 1,000,000 | 12% | SAR 120,000 |
Illustrative. The actual rate is the one approved for your opportunity, and the eligible base is what Epsilon collects for its own services after pass-through costs.
Your contribution stays recognised
An approved opportunity is protected for 12 months while you are working it, and protection may be extended where a genuine enterprise cycle needs longer. Protection is on the opportunity, not on the customer: it recognises what you brought, it does not make the organisation yours.
Epsilon will talk to the client directly — discovery, proposals, contracting and delivery all require it. That contact does not by itself reduce or remove your approved commission.
Standard protection: 12 months
Some opportunities need a different structure
The standard ladder assumes a deal shaped like most of ours. Where one is not, we agree a custom commercial structure for it instead of applying a band that was never designed for it.
- Very large or multi-year contracts
- Government work and public tenders
- Hardware-heavy or licence-heavy projects
- High cloud or API pass-through
- Resale, consortium and subcontractor-heavy structures
- Opportunities carrying more than one commercial intermediary
Where a custom structure applies, we confirm your terms before the final commercial proposal goes to the client — not after it closes. You decide whether the work is worth it while you still can.
No fixed annual ceiling
There is no predefined cap on what an approved partner can earn in a year across successful opportunities. Each opportunity is still paid at its own approved terms.
Renewals are set per opportunity
Renewal commission is not automatic and not perpetual. How a renewal is treated is written into that opportunity's approved terms, so you know before you work it rather than after.
Expansion is a new registration
A new product, project, department, country or group company at the same client is a genuine new opportunity — register it and it can earn its own commission. It is not inherited from the first deal, and it is not closed to you either.
The same contribution-based framework applies in every market we operate in. Country changes the currency, the contracting entity and the tax treatment; it does not change the rate.

Questions partners ask
Do I need to understand the technology?
Enough to know which conversation to open. Beyond that, bring us in — a partner who oversells a capability costs both of us the account.
What happens to my client after the sale?
You stay in the relationship. We deliver, and you are copied and credited throughout. The introduction is not a handover.
Can I represent both Epsilon and a competing vendor?
Yes at entry — most agencies carry several. What we ask is that a registered Epsilon opportunity is not worked against another vendor at the same time.
Know the terms before you join
Transparency starts before the partnership. Read the draft agreement — protection, commercial terms, payment, confidentiality, intellectual property and what each side owes the other — before you submit anything.
Apply for this partnership
Your model is already selected. Six fields and we will come back to you.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Epsilon AI partner programme and does not by itself create a contractual relationship between us.
