Our journey

From a first idea in 2015 to a multi-country AI company — key milestones on the road.

  1. 2015

    Epsilon AI is founded

Epsilon AI is founded in both the United States and Egypt with a vision to bridge AI research, enterprise innovation, and workforce development. From day one it combines two complementary divisions — Epsilon AI Analytics and Epsilon AI Learning — to help organizations adopt AI while preparing professionals for the future workforce.

  2. 2016

    Building the AI foundation

Epsilon establishes its first AI consulting and professional training programs, delivering practical projects in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI — and introducing a project-based learning methodology focused on real business challenges rather than theory.

  3. 2017

    Enterprise AI projects

Epsilon begins delivering production AI and analytics solutions for leading organizations — including AIT, NUT Botanicals, and Mogassam — establishing itself as a trusted enterprise AI implementation partner delivering measurable business value across multiple industries.

  4. 2018–2019

    Workforce development

Epsilon AI Learning expands its professional certification portfolio with role-based learning paths in Data Analysis, Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Business Intelligence, and AI — combining instructor-led learning with extensive real-world projects.

  5. 2020

    Strategic technology partnership

Epsilon enters a strategic partnership with Zylo3D, combining AI with advanced 3D visualization and digital engineering technologies — expanding the company's capabilities in digital transformation and intelligent visualization.

  6. 2021

    Expansion to the UAE

Epsilon expands into Dubai, United Arab Emirates, strengthening its regional presence and supporting organizations across the GCC with enterprise AI consulting, corporate training, and executive education — while increasing participation in regional technology events, executive summits, and innovation forums.

  7. 2022

    Industry AI platforms

Epsilon deepens its enterprise capabilities through collaboration with Rowad Modern Engineering, leading to ConstructINS — an AI-powered construction-intelligence platform unifying planning, project controls, procurement, finance, engineering, safety, and executive dashboards into one decision-support system. This marks the start of Epsilon's industry-focused AI platform strategy.

  8. 2023

    Enterprise growth across industries

Epsilon expands its enterprise portfolio across construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education, logistics, and government — growing long-term relationships with organizations including Elsewedy Group, MB Group, Aman Holding, HDP, and Beyond Work, while the Learning scales corporate AI upskilling for both private and public sector organizations.

  9. 2024

    Saudi Arabia expansion

Epsilon establishes operations in Riyadh, accelerating AI adoption across government and enterprise. Milestones include a bilingual Arabic-English Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistant for a Saudi government team within MODON, engagement with the Egyptian Space Agency (EgSA), and expanded collaboration with AASTMT — supporting Saudi Vision 2030.

  10. 2025

    Expansion to Iraq

Epsilon expands into Baghdad, Iraq — opening its fifth-country office and bringing enterprise AI consulting, corporate training, and executive education to organizations across the country, while continuing to strengthen operations in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the United States.
