What you'll do
- Build and optimize LLM-powered features and retrieval-augmented systems.
- Own services end to end: design, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Mentor engineers and raise the bar on evaluation and reliability.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production software, with hands-on ML or LLM experience.
- Strong Python and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) fundamentals.
- A track record of shipping and a bias for measurable impact.
Nice to have
- Experience with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant).
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) technical communication.

What you'll do
- Frame business problems and design analyses that answer them.

What you'll do
- Build training and serving pipelines with reproducibility in mind.
- Set up monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining.
- Optimize inference latency and cost across environments.
What we're looking for
- Experience with MLOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow).
- Comfort with at least one deep-learning framework.
- A pragmatic, reliability-first engineering mindset.

Grow Epsilon's footprint with enterprise and government clients across the Gulf — owning the full cycle for AI analytics and training proposals.
What you'll do
- Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities and close deals.
- Map client needs to Epsilon's products, platforms, and programs.
- Author proposals with the solutions and academy teams.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in B2B sales, ideally tech or professional services.
- A consultative style and strong Gulf network.
- Comfort owning targets and forecasting accurately.

Launch Epsilon's newest office: scope AI solutions, run discovery with Iraqi enterprises and government, and shape proposals that win and deliver.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery workshops and translate needs into requirements.
- Build demos and proofs of concept for prospective clients.
- Represent Epsilon locally and grow the Baghdad client base.
What we're looking for
- A blend of technical fluency and client-facing communication.
- Familiarity with data/AI platforms and integration patterns.
- Fluent Arabic and strong local market knowledge.
