Who we are

Epsilon AI Global is a US-headquartered AI holding brand (Epsilon AI Learning — USA, Reg. 7078427, Delaware) operating through registered entities in Egypt (CR 118268) and Saudi Arabia (CR 1009109714), with offices in the UAE and Iraq. This policy applies to this website and to the two arms it serves: Epsilon AI Analytics and Epsilon AI Learning.

Information we collect

There are three ways information reaches us, and each has its own section below. Most of it you type into a form — depending on the form, your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, company or organization, and your message. Some of it comes from using Ask Epsilon, the assistant, which keeps the text of what you ask and what it answered. And some of it is website analytics, which is off until you accept the cookie banner and collects nothing if you decline.

Analytics arm (demos & enquiries): when you request a demo or contact sales we also collect the product, service, or deployment preference you indicate. Learning arm (enrollment): when you register interest in a program we collect the program(s) chosen, program type, and preferred delivery mode. Careers: when you apply for a role we collect your application details and any CV/portfolio link you provide.

Ask Epsilon, the assistant on this site: we keep what you ask it and what it answered, so the team can see which questions the site answers badly and fix them. If you leave your details in the assistant — name, country, phone, WhatsApp, email — they are kept with that conversation and emailed to the office for your country so someone can follow up, and the rating you give at the end is kept with it too. Answering the assistant's questions is optional; you can keep using it without leaving any details, and everything it needs to answer you comes from this website.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not use advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking cookies. With your consent, we use one analytics service to understand how the site is used — see “Cookies & analytics” below. The theme, language, and region preferences you set are stored locally on your own device.

How we choose your country edition

This site has a separate edition per country. To open the right one we look up the country your IP address belongs to, on our own server, against a local database — your address is not sent to any other company for this, and nothing about it is stored. When our guess differs from the edition you are reading, we show a bar asking you to confirm rather than moving you. Your choice is kept on your own device (and in one cookie so the server opens the same edition next time), and it always overrides detection. The country database is IP Geolocation by DB-IP (db-ip.com), used under a Creative Commons Attribution licence.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this website — for example which pages are viewed, approximate location, and actions such as submitting a form or clicking a WhatsApp link — so we can improve it. GA4 is provided by Google, which processes this data as our service provider; it sets cookies on your device for this purpose.

Analytics is off by default. It runs only after you accept the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. IP addresses are anonymized, and we do not use this data for advertising.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer, or by clearing/blocking cookies in your browser. We may also record anonymous, message-only error reports to keep the site reliable; these contain no personal data.

How we use your information

We use what you submit only to respond to your enquiry, process your request (a demo, an enrollment, or a job application), and follow up about the products, training, or services you asked about. We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.

How your data is handled & where it goes

Form submissions are processed by our own self-hosted handler and delivered by email to the regional inbox for the country and arm you select (for example info@, learning@, analytics@, or careers@ at your country's subdomain). Submissions are protected by anti-abuse controls — honeypots, per-IP rate limits, and a strict recipient allow-list.

Because Epsilon operates across several countries, your enquiry may be handled by the Epsilon entity in the region you select or by our USA headquarters. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to assist you and to maintain proper business records.

Where the company has enabled it, a copy of each submission is also mirrored into a Google Sheet that Epsilon controls, so enquiries can be worked on by the team rather than only read in an inbox. Google processes that copy as our service provider. Your IP address and browser identification are removed before the copy is sent.

The Course Advisor and Check My Skills

Your answers stay in your browser while you are using either tool. They are held in this tab's own storage so that opening a course and coming back does not lose your result, they are never sent anywhere on their own, and they are gone when you close the tab. “Start again” clears them immediately.

Nothing about you is stored on our side unless you choose to fill in the contact form under your result. If you do, your answers — or your score and its per-topic breakdown — are sent and kept with your details, so an advisor can talk about where you actually are instead of asking you the same questions again.

One exception: the prior-knowledge exam for a program you say you already know is marked on our server, because the answer key is deliberately not in the page. Those answers are marked and the result returned; they are not written down.

Neither tool is an exam you can pass or fail, and neither result is a certificate or an admission decision.

Ask Epsilon — the assistant, in text and voice

When you type a question, it is sent to our own server, which finds the relevant pages of this website and passes your question together with those pages to Anthropic's Claude API to write the answer. The API key stays on our server; your question is not sent anywhere else, and the assistant answers only from this website's content and documents an administrator has uploaded.

On a voice call, the conversation runs on ElevenLabs Conversational AI: your microphone audio is streamed to ElevenLabs, which transcribes what you say and speaks the reply aloud, while the words of the reply are written by our own endpoint through Anthropic as above. We do not record or store the call audio ourselves. What each of those providers retains is governed by their own policies — elevenlabs.io/privacy and anthropic.com/legal/privacy.

What we keep is the text: the question, the first part of the answer, whether it was answered, the language, a country code from our network provider, and a truncated one-way hash of your IP address that is re-salted daily — not the address itself. It is written to an append-only file on our own server that is not reachable over the web, and it is used to find questions the site answers badly. If you leave your details or rate an answer, those are kept with it. Do not type or say anything confidential to the assistant.

Data security

The website is fully static and self-hosted; fonts, scripts, and assets are served first-party. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and the site sends strict security headers. Access to submitted enquiries is limited to authorized Epsilon staff.

How long we keep things

We do not publish a fixed retention schedule, because we would rather describe what is true than name a period we do not enforce. What we hold is kept only while it serves the purpose it was given for: an enquiry, for as long as the conversation it belongs to is live and for the period afterwards in which you might reasonably come back to it; an enrollment or application record, for as long as our accounting and accreditation obligations require; the assistant's question log, for as long as it is useful for finding questions this site answers badly.

Two things are deliberately not kept. We do not store the audio of a voice call at all. And the assistant's log records a truncated one-way hash of your IP address, re-salted every day, rather than the address — so yesterday's records cannot be matched to today's.

You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time, whatever the purpose it was collected for, by emailing info@us.epsilonaiglobal.com.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or to stop contacting you. Where local law grants additional rights (such as data portability or objection), we honor them. To make a request, email info@us.epsilonaiglobal.com.

Children & training minors

This website is intended for a professional and adult audience. Where the Learning trains participants under 18 as part of an institutional or family arrangement, enrollment is completed by a parent, guardian, or sponsoring organization.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on this page.
