Epsilon built an AI-driven Smart Maintenance Platform that prioritizes and routes issues, guides field teams, and surfaces operational insights — earning a Certificate of Appreciation from Mogassam Labs.
Our approach
The platform runs the full service workflow — alert or customer case → AI priority score → technician and parts routing → guided diagnosis → repair evidence → validation print → case closure → repeat-failure monitoring — targeting the fault classes that drive dental-printer downtime (UV light-engine degradation, Z-axis calibration, resin-vat film wear, temperature deviation, failed-build patterns). Supervisors get a live view of first-time-fix, backlog, SLA exposure, parts inventory and technician capacity, moving maintenance from reactive coordination to proactive control — earning a Certificate of Appreciation from Mogassam Labs.
