Challenge
Construction information arrives through disconnected schedules, spreadsheets, cost reports, procurement records, site observations and safety systems — so risk stays hidden until it becomes delay, cost or a safety incident. Rowad Modern Engineering and EgySmart needed a live decision layer that surfaces emerging risk before it lands, and replaces lagging reports with dynamic project control.
Solution
ConstructINS connects project data across planning, execution and delivery into one intelligence layer — dynamic scheduling compares baseline versus forecast, resource optimization highlights crew and equipment constraints, procurement intelligence flags supplier and inflation risk, and computer vision reviews site-safety alerts. Each dashboard serves a decision group (executive, project controls, procurement, operations, safety), turning retrospective reporting into predictive, role-based action.
Our approach
We connected fragmented project data into a single intelligence layer and ran a closed action loop — ingest schedule and progress, score critical-path and resource exposure, simulate sequencing options, recommend an action with its assumptions, obtain project-team approval, then monitor the outcome and update the forecast. Dynamic scheduling, resource optimization and computer-vision safety review sit behind role-based dashboards, so recommendations (crane overlap, crew over-allocation, supplier risk, delayed facade work, PPE compliance) are always confirmed by the team, never applied blindly — validated on live Rowad Modern Engineering and EgySmart projects.
