Grow your business with a proven global AI partner

What each model earns, and what has to be demonstrated before the rest of it opens.
Growth & Co-Sell Partner
From the start
Commission on introduced and co-sold business, with registered opportunities protected while you work them.
As your involvement deepens
Higher commission tiers the more involved you are in the opportunity — from referral to active development to full co-selling — plus named Partner-of-Record status and joint account planning on strategic accounts.
Analytics Partner
From the start
Reselling margin on Epsilon products, plus the implementation and support revenue you bill your own client.
Once certified or demonstrated
Independent delivery rights, renewal revenue and a larger margin band as your certified team grows.
Learning Partner
From the start
Enrollment income from programs you fill, and corporate-training revenue from clients you bring.
Once certified or demonstrated
Licensed delivery with your own certified instructors, and co-branded program rights.
AI Talent Partner
From the start
Access to assessed, certified candidates and shortlisting support for live roles.
Once certified or demonstrated
Priority access to graduating cohorts and input into the assessment profile you hire against.
Global Strategic Partner
From the start
Development revenue across the full portfolio in your market, with executive sponsorship from both sides.
Once certified or demonstrated
Recurring portfolio revenue and, where performance supports it, defined market or sector rights.
Growth & Co-Sell commission bands are published on that model's page. For the other models, margin bands and the qualifying thresholds behind each tier are set in your partner agreement — we put the actual numbers in front of you at qualification rather than publish a figure your contract would later have to correct.
Compare the five models
If more than one looks like you, that is normal — several partners run two. Start with the one closest to how you already earn.
Partners who have taken the programmes sell them best. Start with your own people, and bring your clients the same accredited, QR-verifiable certificates.

Your role as an Epsilon partner
Approved partners are expected to:
Represent Epsilon professionally
Generate or support qualified opportunities
Maintain trained and dedicated resources

Take part in regular account reviews
Deliver a consistent enterprise experience
Maintain strong client satisfaction
Comply with applicable legal and ethical requirements
Epsilon AI Global operates a selective enterprise partner ecosystem. Applications are evaluated on strategic fit, market capability, enterprise access, delivery quality and long-term value. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or territory exclusivity.
Before you commit
The questions partners ask us first. Where a figure belongs in a contract rather than on a web page, this says so plainly.
How are opportunities registered and protected?
You register a named client through the partner portal before approaching them. A registered opportunity is protected for an agreed period while you actively work it, meaning we will not run the same opportunity through another partner or direct. The registration period is set in your agreement.
Who owns the client relationship?
It depends on the model. Growth partners introduce and stay in the relationship while Epsilon contracts and delivers. Analytics and Learning partners can contract with the client directly and hold the relationship themselves. We agree which applies before the first deal, not after it.
How are commissions or margins calculated?
On eligible Epsilon AI net fees actually collected — what Epsilon is paid for its own services, after pass-through costs such as licences, cloud and hardware, and as the client pays. The rate is tiered by how involved you are: for Growth & Co-Sell the published bands are 5–7% for a referral, 8–10% when you actively develop the opportunity, 11–12% for co-selling, and up to 15% on selected strategic opportunities, which is approved deal by deal rather than requested. The other models are priced on margin or per project rather than commission and are set in your agreement, because they vary by market, deal type and certification level; we will show you the rate card at qualification.
How does this relate to the affiliate programme?
One opportunity, one programme. If you hold a signed Growth & Co-Sell partnership agreement, its tiers govern everything you bring through it — including a plain introduction. If you do not, the affiliate programme does. The same opportunity is never paid under both. The affiliate programme is the self-serve route — free to join, a tracked link, published bands — and a partnership agreement is a commercial relationship with tiers that rise with how involved you are.
When are payments made?
After the client has paid Epsilon for the milestone the commission relates to. Payment terms and the schedule are in your agreement. If a client pays in stages, your commission follows the same stages.
What sales and technical support do we get?
Technical discovery, solution design, proposal content, demonstrations and — where the model calls for it — delivery. You are not expected to answer deep technical questions alone; bring our team into the room.
Is exclusivity available?
Not at entry. Defined market or sector rights are part of the Strategic model and are earned against agreed performance, not granted on signature. We would rather start you without exclusivity and extend it than promise a territory nobody has yet worked.
What training or certification is required?
Growth partners need commercial enablement only — enough to position the portfolio accurately. Analytics and Learning partners certify a named team before delivering independently; until then we deliver alongside you. Talent partners need no certification.
How long does approval take?
Four stages, and they are not the same thing. We ACKNOWLEDGE that your application arrived. We REVIEW whether the model fits your business and reply within two working days — from a person, not an autoresponder. If it fits, we QUALIFY — usually one call about your market and capability. Then the agreement is signed and the partnership is APPROVED. We give you a date for the next stage at first contact, so you are never waiting without one.
Can we use Epsilon branding?
Yes, within the partner brand guidelines and at your partnership level — approved logos, an accurate description of the relationship, and co-branded material we review before it goes out. What you may not do is describe yourself as Epsilon, or claim a level you have not reached.
What if Epsilon already knows the client?
We tell you immediately, before you invest time. If the account is already active with us or registered to another partner, your registration is declined with the reason. If it is dormant or you hold the stronger relationship, we will often still register it to you. What we will not do is take your introduction and treat it as ours.
