Where the workflow is specific to your industry or organisation and a package would need more configuration than construction.
AI Capabilities & Services
Bespoke AI built for your use case, from proof-of-concept pilot to full production deployment.
Most AI pilots do not fail — they simply never end. Nobody agreed in advance what result would justify going further, so a promising demonstration becomes a second pilot, then a third, and the budget is spent proving feasibility rather than getting value. The projects that reach production are usually the ones that decided, before the work began, what number would count as success and who would own the answer.

Vision, text and tabular signals brought together, which is common in claims, inspection and compliance work.
A scoped pilot against your real data, with an agreed threshold that decides whether it proceeds.
Where your team built something that works on a laptop and needs to survive real data, real users and being on call.
What decision or task, at what volume, costing what today. Where AI is not the right answer, this is where we say so.
A short assessment against real data, because whether it is possible is a data question and cannot be answered from a brief.
Built, measured against the agreed threshold, and reported honestly — including when it does not clear it.
Error handling, monitoring, retraining, access control and the operational reality a prototype never meets.
Into your environment, with your team trained and documentation that assumes we are not available.
Problem, process, data and the cost of the status quo, with the success threshold written down before anything is built.
A short, fixed-scope look at whether your data can support it. A negative answer here is the cheapest useful outcome available.
Built against real data with the agreed measure, and a decision at the end rather than a demonstration.
Hardening, deployment, monitoring and a support arrangement that states who is responsible for what.
Feasibility is short and fixed. The pilot is scoped so that it ends in a decision rather than running until the budget does. Production hardening is usually longer than clients expect, because error handling, monitoring and integration are most of the real work — and skipping them is how a successful pilot becomes an unsupportable system.
Published projects where we did this.
We will not run a pilot without an agreed success threshold, because a pilot with no threshold cannot fail and therefore cannot inform a decision. We also will not promise feasibility from a brief — until we have seen representative data, nobody can honestly say whether it will work, and a supplier who says otherwise is guessing on your budget.
You do, for work built specifically for you, and it is written into the contract before we start. Where a component is our pre-existing product, that is stated separately and licensed rather than quietly bundled.
Then it reports that, with what was learned and what would have to change. That is a legitimate result and considerably cheaper than discovering it in production.
Preferably. The projects that survive handover are the ones where your engineers built part of it, and the aim is that the system does not need us to stay alive.
This page describes capability and method. It does not publish accuracy figures, throughput numbers or delivery dates, because those depend on your data, your systems and your scope — and a number published here would be wrong for most readers. You get them, in writing and against your own data, at scoping.
A first call is a technical conversation, not a pitch: what you have, what you need, and whether this is the right approach at all.
