Affiliate programme policy

Version 1.0 · 20 September 2026

These are the rules of the programme. They apply from the day your application is accepted, alongside the commercial terms on the affiliate page, and they are written to make the business easy rather than to make it complicated.

← The programme and its rates

What you earn

Training enrollments

  • Starter — up to 10 enrollments a quarter 10%
  • Growth — 11 to 40 13%
  • Scale — 41 to 100 16%
  • Elite — 101 to 250 18%
  • Partner tier — more than 250 20%

Counted per quarter and applied to the WHOLE quarter — reach 41 and the first forty are topped up to 16% as well, so a strong month lifts everything before it. A company buying a cohort for its team is an enterprise contract and earns the enterprise bands; those seats still count towards your quarterly total, so a corporate win also lifts the rate on every individual enrollment you brought. Above 250 a quarter we move you onto a reseller agreement, where the rate is negotiated rather than published.

Enterprise AI introductions

  • Up to $5,000 6.5%
  • $5,000 – $20,000 6%
  • $20,000 – $100,000 5.5%
  • Above $100,000 5%

The bands are cumulative, the way income tax is: a deal that crosses a threshold earns the lower rate only on the part above it, never on the whole contract. Percentages apply to Epsilon's own fees — not to licences, cloud or hardware we buy in and pass through at cost — and are paid as the client pays us. Bring these regularly and you move onto the Growth & Co-Sell partner agreement, where working the deal earns 8–12% and co-selling it earns up to 15%.

What the percentage is taken on: Epsilon's own net fees: the contract value after any discount, excluding VAT and excluding anything we buy in and pass through at cost — third-party licences, cloud, hardware, travel. It is the honest base, and it is the one that keeps a large introduction payable at all. An introduction to a $60,000 platform build pays you $3,425.

1. Joining and approval

  • Anyone over 18 may apply — an individual or a company. Joining is free, with no targets, no minimum spend and no exclusivity: you may promote whatever else you like alongside Epsilon.
  • Epsilon may accept or decline an application without giving a reason, and may decline where the audience or the channel does not fit the brand. A decision is given within two working days.
  • On acceptance you receive a unique code, a tracked link, and the creative pack. The code identifies you and must not be shared with another affiliate or used by anyone on your behalf.

2. Who a referral belongs to

  • A click on your link stores your code on that person's device for 90 days and attaches it to anything they submit — an enrollment, a demo request, a callback. If they later arrive through another affiliate's link inside that window, the most recent link is the one credited.
  • A customer can also give your code to an advisor by phone or WhatsApp, and it is recorded the same way. Say the code out loud in your content — it is the route that survives ad blockers and shared devices.
  • For enterprise work, register the company by name before you approach it. A registered opportunity is yours for 90 days while you are actively working it, and Epsilon will not run the same opportunity through another affiliate in that time.
  • If the company is already in Epsilon's pipeline, already a client, or was introduced by someone else first, we say so within five working days with the date it entered — and no commission arises. This is the one rule that protects both sides: it stops an affiliate being paid for a deal they did not bring, and it stops Epsilon quietly claiming a lead that was genuinely new.
  • Not commissionable: your own purchases or those of a company you own, renewals and expansions on accounts that were already clients, and anything bought by an Epsilon employee.

3. What the commission is calculated on

  • Epsilon's own net fees: the contracted amount after any discount, excluding VAT and any other tax, and excluding third-party costs we buy in and pass through — software licences, cloud, hardware, travel and subcontracted delivery we do not mark up.
  • If your code carries a discount for the customer, commission is calculated on what they actually paid. You are never charged for a discount you gave.
  • An enrollment is one person on a public programme. A company buying seats for its team — a private cohort, or a signed training contract — is enterprise work and earns the enterprise bands, not the enrollment rate; the seats still count towards your quarterly volume.
  • The bands are cumulative. A contract that crosses a threshold earns the lower rate only on the portion above it — never on the whole amount — so a larger deal can never pay less than a smaller one.
  • Commission is paid once per contract, not on every renewal — unless the renewal is written into the contract you introduced, in which case it is paid as that contract is collected.

4. When you are paid

  • Commission is earned when the client signs, and becomes payable when their money reaches Epsilon. On a staged contract it is paid instalment by instalment, as each one is collected — so you are paid alongside us rather than after us.
  • Statements are issued monthly. Payment follows in the month after collection, by bank transfer, Wise or Instapay, in EGP, SAR, AED or USD. The minimum payout is EGP 2,500, SAR 200, AED 200 or $50 depending on the currency you are paid in; a balance below it rolls into the next month.
  • You invoice Epsilon, or accept a self-billed statement where your country allows it. Taxes on your commission are yours; where the law requires withholding at source, it is deducted and the certificate is issued to you.
  • If the client never pays, no commission arises — for either of us. If they pay late, you are paid late by the same amount of time, and we will tell you where it stands rather than leave you asking.

5. Refunds, cancellations and corrections

  • If a customer is refunded or a contract is cancelled, the commission on it is reversed and deducted from the next statement. If there is no next statement, no repayment is requested from you.
  • Either side may query a statement within 60 days. Epsilon will show the underlying record — the click, the code, the registration or the invoice — and correct it where the evidence supports it.

6. How you may promote Epsilon

  • Say what is true. Use the programme facts, accreditations, durations and outcomes published on this website, and nothing beyond them.
  • Never promise a job, a salary, a visa, a guaranteed result, or a discount and deadline we have not announced. Never present yourself as Epsilon, as an employee, or as authorised to quote prices, negotiate or sign anything.
  • Paid search on Epsilon's brand terms and their misspellings is reserved to Epsilon, because it buys traffic that was already ours. Everything else is open: category and competitor terms, interests, lookalikes, retargeting of your own audience, and your own content.
  • No unsolicited bulk messaging, no cookie stuffing, no automated or incentivised clicks, no fake reviews, no coupon pages claiming codes that do not exist, and no domains or social handles that could be mistaken for Epsilon's.
  • Leads you collect yourself are covered by the same privacy rules we follow: collected with consent, used only to introduce them to Epsilon, never sold or reused elsewhere.

7. Brand and materials

  • You may use the Epsilon name, logos and the creative pack to promote us, unchanged and in the contexts they were given for. That permission ends when the agreement ends.
  • Anything you make stays yours; anything we give you stays ours. Neither side speaks for the other in public without asking first.

8. Changing the programme

  • Epsilon may change rates, bands or rules with 30 days' notice by email. A deal you registered, or a click already inside its window, is honoured at the terms that applied when it happened — a change is never applied backwards.

9. Ending it

  • Either side may leave at any time, in writing. Commission already earned is paid on the normal schedule as the money is collected, and deals registered before you left are honoured for the rest of their 90-day window.
  • Fraud, impersonation, fabricated claims or systematic breach end the agreement immediately and forfeit unpaid commission on the affected referrals. Nothing else does.

10. The relationship, and the law

  • You are an independent contractor. This is not employment, agency, partnership or a franchise, and it gives neither side authority to bind the other.
  • Epsilon's liability under this programme is limited to commission properly due to you. Neither side is liable for the other's lost profits.
  • Your agreement is with the Epsilon entity that serves your country, under that country's law and courts. Talk to your programme manager first: almost anything either side disputes is a record one of us can produce in an afternoon.
