Bespoke AI solution decks scoped for one of the region's largest industrial groups — SupplyCha.INS for supply-chain intelligence, ManufactINS for manufacturing, and an offline Epsilon assistant.
Our approach
We scoped three tailored solutions for one of the region's largest industrial groups — SupplyCha.INS for supply-chain intelligence, ManufactINS for manufacturing, and an offline Epsilon assistant — mapping each to the group's operating priorities. The supply-chain track framed an Egypt control layer across representative nodes (Cairo, Alexandria, Port Said, Suez, Ain Sokhna, 10th of Ramadan, Borg El Arab, Damietta) connecting demand and inventory forecasting, supplier performance, logistics exceptions, warehouse capacity and port/customs status. This is solution scoping — it defines priority workstreams and value hypotheses (fewer stockouts, stronger forecast accuracy, better on-time-in-full, earlier exception response); baselines, integrations and any ROI stay modeled until MB Group approves a controlled pilot.
