About this engagement
Elsewedy Electric is one of the largest industrial groups in the Middle East and Africa, and Epsilon's work with it covers both halves of an AI engagement: an AI solution implemented for the group, and AI and data-analytics training delivered across its divisions. The training ran across the Transmission & Distribution and Industrial divisions, and the Group CEO issued a Certificate of Achievement recognising an “outstanding contribution to the successful implementation of Data Analytics and AI training across our divisions.” The relationship has since widened to two more companies in the group. Elsewedy Industries leadership took on-site executive sessions on practical AI and Copilot workflows, and El Sewedy Cement put 15–20 staff through 15 hours of hands-on AI-tools training over three days, delivered bilingually in Arabic and English and thanked publicly afterwards. Three companies, three levels — the professional core, the operating teams and the executive table — is what a partner looks like once it has been trusted more than once.
